Our Recruitment and Selection service involves the recruitment, selection and assessing of top talents in the fields of Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT and Engineering. In these fields we focus on candidates with a bachelor and/or master level.

We complete this process in a systematic way. We are able to present the right candidate with a completion time of 9 weeks from start to final interview. During this process we focus on finding the appropriate candidate and keep informing the client about the progress in periodical feedback moments.

Before we accept an assignment we draw up a feasibility scan. With this scan we can advise the client what way of recruitment is most appropriate for the process. This way we can recommend the most efficient way of recruitment.
